1972-1975: Construction period
1985: 21,690 square foot addition on 3rd & 4th floors; total SF = 89,028 sf
2/21/1992: “Metropolitan Federal” moves into building
8/27/1993: “Gullet, Sanford, Robinson, Martin Law”
10/6/1993: Renamed to Southtrust Plaza; main tenant 6th and 7th floors
7/1/1994: 1994 AG Edwards moves in (2nd floor)
2005: SouthTrust acquired by Wachovia (building renamed Wachovia Plaza)
2009: Wachovia acquired by Wells Fargo
